WELCOME TO FITZGERALD PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

The Fitzgerald Performing Arts Center Flagler Auditorium is Flagler County’s premier performing arts center for the community! Offering the latest technology and design, the Auditorium educates, enlightens, enriches, and exposes children and adults to the thrill of quality, live performances. The Flagler Auditorium Governing board is a direct support organization of Flagler County Schools and is a non-profit organization.

The Auditorium was created by a public bond offering to present a state-of-the-art performing arts center, having 1,000 seats and providing a venue for professional, school and community performances. It functions as a host for performing arts and technical theatre classes and is considered a teaching theatre. It offers everything from nationally touring Broadway to cultural programs, big band, family theater, symphonic and celebrity entertainment. The mission of the Flagler Auditorium is to inspire educational and cultural experiences.

The Flagler Auditorium is supported by ticket sales but relies upon the generosity of individuals and corporations to present the latest professional performances for the community. The Auditorium holds fundraisers and events to support Arts Education in Flagler schools and provides scholarships and grants to students and teachers throughout the year. The Flagler Auditorium Governing Board receives grants from the State of Florida, Division of Cultural Affairs, the City of Palm Coast and the Tourist Development Council (TDC).

The Flagler Auditorium invites you to join us in investing in the Arts for our community by attending a performance, becoming a sponsor, or a VIP Patron. Please email Fulmera@flaglerschools.com for more information.

Amelia Fulmer

Amelia Fulmer became the director of the Flagler Auditorium in June of 2019, following 16 years as director of choral activities, International Baccalaureate music instructor, and guitar instructor at Flagler Palm Coast High school. She also served as the district’s arts outreach coordinator with the goal of connecting the community with the Arts in Flagler Schools. Amelia has always been a supporter of the Arts in the Flagler County Community, bringing over 200 students to perform at the Flagler Auditorium soon after it opened in 1991. Known to her friends as Amy, she has had the pleasure of making music with Flagler county children since 1988 when she first got her career start at Wadsworth Elementary. She believes in the power of the arts to bring people together! She believes in the purpose of the Auditorium. To bring patrons, artists, performers, business leaders and students together to learn and share in a vision. The vision of building a community through the Arts.
